BSc in Physics
An undergraduate (BSc) degree in Physics provides an excellent basis not only for post-graduate studies in physics and related fields, but also for professional work in such fields as astrophysics, biophysics, engineering and applied physics, geophysics, management, law, economics or medicine. The undergraduate curriculum at St. Xavier's College, Mumbai offers students the opportunity to acquire a deep conceptual understanding of fundamental physics.
MSc in Physics
St. Xavier's College Physics Department has introduced a Masters (MSc) degree course in Physics with specialisation in Astrophysics from academic year 2019-20 onwards. This is a uniquely designed course in which classroom learning and research are blended together giving equal weightage to theory and practicals.
